THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still breaks down. The quality is shoddy, and the layout are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I hoped I'd bought something functional instead. Save your
